这会儿我厨房正煲着汤呢,很简单,是木瓜花生猪脚汤。把猪蹄处理干净后,冷水下锅,锅大开后,盛出来用凉水多冲几次,把浮沫都冲干净,然后把花生和猪蹄一起下锅,我用的电压力锅,只加了一丁点盐。选的豆/蹄筋档。出锅后把浮油都撇干净,然后倒入电炖锅,内胆是砂锅,再放入木瓜,慢火炖的软烂就好了。这个汤得用三个小时左右,只用一点盐就行了
